  • When is the DESIGN subscription suitable?
    Whenever you have a team of business or functional analysts eager to model processes and / or create human interfaces for applications requested by customers from any business sector.
  • What is the IMPLEMENT subscription for?
    It is suitable for small teams that are starting their digital transformation without code, with small automated workflows or why not, for small organizations that want to lead the digital transformation with advanced business process management technologies.
  • What is Digital Process Automation and how can such a subscription help me?
    DPA is the traditional business process management (BPM) approach to help companies transform end-to-end processes and deliver enterprise-wide digital transformation. You can use this type of subscription if you are looking for an integrated BPM platform to orchestrate clients, vendors, & partners tools.
  • Is access to certain features limited during the FREE trial period?
    On the contrary, during the free trial period you can explore all the features available in the Tasky Cloud platform, but after the expiration period, your account will be permanently deleted, unless you have not chosen a new type of subscription.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
    Categorically. Tasky Cloud is a Pay-As-You-Go platform which is why you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever you want, as you own your account.
  • What if I change my mind during a subscription?
    If you paid for a certain type of subscription but, in the meantime, for various reasons you have changed your mind, you can unsubscribe any time the active subscription directly from Tasky Cloud platform.
  • Can I unsubscribe or change my current plan any time?
    You can cancel or change your subscription as well as the frequency of payments (monthly or yearly) whenever you want. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, so we suggest changing your subscription closer to expiring date.
  • How does our pricing work?
    Our price is based on 3 variables: the number of users on the platform, the number of instances executed on the Admin Module and the number of instances implemented on the Portal Module but, depending on your choice there are also other built-in constant features.
  • If I subscribe to a paying plan, for which users will I be charged?
    The price of the subscription includes the maximum number of users allowed by the type of subscription, who access and use your organization, according to the permissions granted by you, by the Contract and who have confirmed the invitation sent through Tasky Cloud.
  • Adding or removing users will affect my subscription costs?
    The monthly price is fixed, corresponding to the number of users included in the Contact, depending on the subscription chosen by you, during the respective month.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    When you purchase your subscription, choose your credit or debit card payment method and then you will be redirected to the payment operating page. Once payment is confirmed, the card is saved by the payment processor and is available for future payments.
    We use a third-party payment operator, respectively stripe.com, and your payments are processed by it in accordance with the payment operator’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • What is the price currency?
    All prices are displayed in EUR. The prices do not include any taxes or deductions that may apply in your country, therefore you will need to add them if necessary.
  • Are there any extra fees in addition to the subscription charges?
    No, you will not be charged any additional costs other than the prices specified for the plans to which you have subscribed.
  • What if I forget to pay?
    In order to provide you with uninterrupted services, the price of your subscription will be automatically withheld on the initial subscription date and then, on the date of each renewal, until you decide to cancel it.
    The renewal period will be equal in time to the validity period of the current subscription.
    For example, if you have a monthly subscription, each renewal period will also be one month, using the payment method you registered in the Platform.
  • Do I have access to support services?
    Access to TASKY Cloud Support is included in your subscription and is available for the entire duration of your subscription, according to the Contract.
  • What about security? Will my data be secure?
    Yes, we treat security with the utmost seriousness. Full access to the hosted servers is encrypted using SSL technology. A dedicated firewall restricts access to the server, and for those clients who choose to use a dedicated server or implement Tasky Cloud on-premises, we can configure firewalls to allow access only from certain IP addresses.
